A ‘root’ cause…
Browsing the other day I came across a root touch up kit for only £1.75! I nearly walked past it but for that price I thought why not? I’m away from home at the moment so hence my extra interest in handy palettes that get the job done?! (you can only try…). It was just the right colour (for under my wig lol..) and it was the only brunette left….the rest were blondes…maybe one day? So I decided to snap it up pronto! Slipping it in my handbag I was looking forward to opening “my save the day from the grey” purchase hopefully….also I thought hmmm….wonder how much it was reduced from??

Doing a quick web search I found the actual retail price was £6.99 so I was very happy with this large reduction! Next was the revealing of ‘my be gone grey saver’….hmmm…nice presentation good size, angled brush..overall pretty nifty I thought. The colour of the powder was more of a slightly glitzy bronze. Well as they say the proof is in the pudding so I swept up some colour and applied it to my strands of grey with aplomb and wa-lah grey covered…(well sort of…). I only noticed that the brand Revolution was the same as the one I came across in a charity shop recently…not really a good sign and I’m not singling out this brand as a ‘favourite’ unless it really proves itself so we will see…
