‘Hello….Love’ Tesco’s £10 jumper mystery…

“Every little helps”…or maybe not? With all the chaos and restrictions you wouldn’t think that buying a jumper would be a top priority unless you don’t have one though it is very cold outside…a recent news item caught my eye with Tesco’s F&F range new £10 jumper with comforting slogans such as ‘Kindness’ and ‘Daydreamer’ (hmmm…that could explain a few things). So I thought I’d check out my nearest superstore as I had food shopping to do anyway. Well I certainly didn’t find any £10 jumper with such slogans…oh dear…I found only £14 jumpers with only two slogans in pearled studs. Unimaginatively ‘Bonjour’ and ‘Love’….= Hello Love! So what happened to the £10 ones? Sold out? Apparently shoppers created an outcry over not being available to buy online…wow I really didn’t see judging on what I found anything to make a song and dance about let alone an ‘outcry’ or am I missing something? This is really not new or worthy in my view of a news item, so was it just a distraction from the onslaught of difficult and depressing news that appears on a daily basis without respite…? On that basis it does have some validity yet the actual article escaped me locally and now without any online options am I really missing out???

hello..love where is that £10 jumper??

I think not I really don’t need or want this jumper it really is old hat, I don’t need a jumper to say Hello or good grief love…like why….? I know it’s Valentine’s day soon but seriously…I think the slogan my jumper would say fed-up, bored, lonely, get me outta here, can’t breathe in this mask etc…and WHEN can I go to the charity shops or take an excursion somewhere?? Now there’s a new hue and cry over a £15 dress good god whatever next? Having to find such excitement in little things with nearly all the high street shops going to the wall you’d think people could make the effort and go and look like I did instead of kicking off online…but then that’s the power of social media in which I take no part and very little interest…’bring on the real’ now that’s a slogan I can live with!
